Natalie had an exciting week as a Girl Scout Daisy this past week. Over the weekend we went on a Mom and Me overnight at a nature preserve.
We got to make lots of cool crafts, go hiking, do service projects, and earn her first "Journey" Patch "Between Earth and Sky". We had a great time together an look forward to another great opportunity to do it again!
On Tuesday at their last meeting of the school year they had a Bridging Ceremony to promote the Daisy's to Brownie's. They did such a cute job with the ceremony. Each girl crossed the bridge in their Daisy shirts and flowers to receive their Brownie sashes and pins. They each had to say one thing the learned or loved as a Daisy. Then they sang a song about being happy to be Brownies and ate brownies.
