Most amusing Doctors appointment so far

Bradley had his 15 month check up today (a few weeks late) and the doctor got the biggest kick out of our kids. First of all when she came in the lights were off because Bradley climbed up on the chair and turned it off. She turned them on and was amazed by Bradley's bright eyes, all his hair, and the fact he was excited and waving hi to her. Then we were having the normal question answer time when the doctor got to the part about what shots he would get today and Natalie interrupts with "Mom my hypothesis was right Bradley is getting shots today." The doctor cracked up laughing and we assured her she was right. Meanwhile Bradley climbed on the chair again to turn the light on and off when the doctor noticed his climbing ability and strength and commented. But even funnier later during the check up she was examining his abdomen and actually wrote he had abs of steel in his chart she couldn't get over how strong he was and said he should be a gymnast she had never seen a toddler with so much muscle. Oh yeah and if you were wondering he is 20 pounds 12 oz. (5%) and 29 inches long (10%) I guess gymnast might be good for him they're usually short:) Bradley did have an ear infection so we had a prescription to fill and we took it to Target. Since it was lunch time we got lunch at Target while we waited for the prescription to be filled. I was complimented by 3 different people on the behavior of my children but the best one was an older gentleman who over heard my conversation with Natalie over horizontal and vertical lines. While we were eating the line got pretty long and Natalie noticed the people lining up and said "Mom those people are standing in a horizontal line." I looked and said "yes they are." She then said, "There are two kinds of lines if they were standing like this (motioning with her arm) they would be in a vertical line." I said, "yes you are right." The conversation continued about lines they form in dance class when the gentleman sitting behind us got up to throw his garbage away stopped at our table and told me what a great job I was doing as a mom and how great my kids were. It is nice to hear every now and then, and to remember how important the time you get to spend with your kids is even if it's eating lunch at Target.
